In be Longing, JoAnn Selisker, Brittany Brown Ceres and Anne Carol (each hailed as exceptional emerging voices in their very different fields) consider the intangible evidence and surprising improbabilities of relationships that are fundamentally incongruous.  How can a Baptist and a lesbian be friends?  What kinds of relationships are possible among fundamental differences?  This piece explores the complications of trying to fit in, when on shifting sand.  Are the flexibility and willingness implied by incongruous relationships actually proof of the divine in our nature, or are they proof that no one really believes in anything anymore?  These are questions the artists tackle with the wit, physical mayhem, and musical alacrity that has consistently won them acclaim.
